In this week's FCC transactions, 360 Communications filed a lease for EBS channels in Lawton, OK.  Sprint also leased additional EBS channels in Pocatello, ID.  River Valley Internet leased the 700MHz Guard Band in Clinton, PA.  Typically this band is being by power companies for automation so it is unusual to see a broadband company accessing this spectrum since it is only a 1MHz paired channel.  In the final three transactions, Skyriver is leasing millimeter wave spectrum from Verizon in Los Angeles and San Diego.
