Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - August 27, 2021 October 27, 2021 10:00

In this week's FCC transactions T-Mobile filed to acquire 28 EBS licenses.  T-Mobile already leased all of these licenses.  26 of these licenses are currently owned by The Northern Arizona University Foundation.  With these licenses T-Mobile continues to have access to  channels in Washington, California, Ohio, Arizona, Florida, Minnesota, Iowa, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, New York, Tennessee, Vermont, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.  Midstate Telephone, Santel Communications, and SoniqWave Networks also submitted assignment applications this week.  Midstate Telephone is acquiring one of the 28GHz channels in Mountrail, ND from BDCIH Wireless.  Santel Communications is acquiring an EBS license in Minnesota from Willow Lake School District, and SoniqWave Networks is acquiring an EBS license in Alabama from Dothan City Board of Education.  In the leasing applications, T-Mobile and 360 Communications are exchanging access to spectrum in Texas.  360 Communications is receiving the BRS1 in a circular area intersecting 4 Texas BTAs while T-Mobile is receiving access to an EBS license in North Texas.  The final transactions are two EBS leases between T-Mobile and the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools.
