In this week's FCC transactions, T-Mobile filed to acquire 1 EBS license in Tennessee and filed to lease 6 EBS licenses covering Tennessee, Texas, and Michigan. All of the licenses were previously leased by T-Mobile except for the Texas license. RiverStreet Wireless filed to lease the 700MHz guard band channel in 6 North Carolina counties from BPC Spectrum. The last set of applications have Sagebrush Cellular leasing AT&T's cellular spectrum in 2 Montana markets.
