FCC Transactions from December 15, 2021
In this week's FCC transactions, T-Mobile filed six re-leasing applications. These applications provide continued access to EBS spectrum in Texas, Wyoming, Oregon, and Puerto Rico. In the remaining transactions, Searchlight Capital has filed to acquire 67 CBRS PAL licenses currently owned by Consolidated Communications. These PAL licenses cover counties in Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Missouri, and Texas.
