FCC Transactions from December 16, 2020
In this week's FCC Transactions, T-Mobile filed to acquire 5 EBS call signs from Adams Telcom covering Illinois. A few months ago, Adams Telcom acquired these call signs that they previously leased. T-Mobile is also acquiring a EBS call sign covering New York from Hudson Valley College and 2 PCS call signs covering the Sioux Falls and Brookings, South Dakota area. SoniqWave continued to acquire EBS spectrum licenses that were not previously leased by acquiring an EBS license covering the Florida panhandle from the Sarasota County School Board. Similarly, White Cloud Communications filed to acquire a license that they previously leased in Kentucky from Wayne County Hospital. In the remaining applications, T-Mobile filed to re-lease 5 EBS licenses in Idaho, Louisiana, Alabama, Tennessee, and Missouri.
