In this week's spectrum transactions, AT&T filed to acquire an AWS-1 license in Texas/New Mexico from WGH Communications. BDCIH Wireless continued to assign their 28GHz spectrum to telephone companies in North Dakota.  This week North Dakota Telephone filed to acquire a 28GHz channel in 3 North Dakota counties.  In the final transaction, CTC Telecom filed a new lease application to access 10MHz of T-Mobile's PCS spectrum in 3 Idaho counties, outside of T-Mobile's existing coverage.
