FCC Transactions from September 2, 2020
In this week's FCC spectrum transactions, T-Mobile filed one assignment application and six new lease applications for EBS licenses. T-Mobile is acquiring an EBS license covering New York and T-Mobile is leasing licenses in Texas, Tennessee, Florida, Washington, and Oklahoma. Each of these eight licenses was previously controlled by T-Mobile. AT&T also filed to acquire a AWS-1 license covering Imperial County CA from Qualcomm. The remaining application involves SoniqWave acquiring an EBS license in Texas from the Hempstead Independent School District. This license was previously unleased.
