FCC Transactions from September 4, 2019
In this week's FCC transactions AT&T filed to acquire the 700MHz B and C block licenses for the Texas-6 CMA from Nortex Communications. Sprint is acquiring two BRS BTA licenses in Ohio from the Hubbard Family Trust. USCellular has filed to acquire the 28GHz L1 and L2 channels in 13 West Virginia counties. These licenses were owned by Gateway Telecom prior to Auction 101. USCellular is also acquiring a PCS license in Iowa from Farmers Mutual Telephone. In other transactions, 360 Communications submitted new leases for EBS channels in Oklahoma outside of Tulsa. In the last transactions, Sprint filed new leases for two call signs in Louisiana. Both of these call signs were previously leased to Sprint.
