In this week's FCC transaction, AT&T filed to apply for 2 PCS call signs from Pioneer Cellular in Kansas and Texas, while BEK Communications acquired 16 3.5 GHz Priority Access frequencies from DCN in North Dakota. T-Mobile both acquires one EBS license and leases another one from Mount Carmel School District in Pennsylvania. T-Mobile also leases one BRS license from Shenandoah in Virginia, and subleases an EBS license from Fulair Wireless in Louisiana, while AT&T leases 6 700MHz Lower Band frequencies, and one PCS license from Pioneer Cellular in Oklahoma.
