FCC SETTLES WITH SAL OVER FOUR-PAL AGGREGATION LIMIT.

FCC's WTB and OEA enter into this Consent Decree with SAL for the purpose of terminating the investigation into whether SAL violated sections 1.2105(a)(2)(v), (vii), 96.31, and 20.22(b) of the Commission's rules.
