Brian Goemmer is the President and founder of Spektrum Metrics, formerly Allnet Insights & Analytics. Based in Seattle, Spektrum Metrics provides wireless spectrum research reports and spectrum ownership analysis tools for 6 countries to wireless carriers, investment banks and equity investors, as well as wireless industry suppliers. Prior to founding Spektrum Metrics, Brian spent 15 years in various engineering and engineering management roles at Western Wireless and Clearwire, including 5 years as Clearwire's Director of Spectrum Operations.
