In this weeks' FCC Transactions, CenterPoint Energy is receiving 700MHz Guard band channel covering 11 Texas counties. Sprint is acquiring the E123 channels in Waterloo, IA from SpeedConnect. Sprint has also initiated new leases in Great Falls, MT, and Idaho Falls, ID. Both of these new leases had current leases with SpeedConnect. Cross Wireless has initiated a lease with Verizon for PCS spectrum in Okmulgee County, OK. The last four leases involve SpeedConnect receiving access to single BRS channels covering Saginaw and Midland, MI from Sprint.
