In this week's FCC transactions PowerSouth Energy has filed to acquire the 700MHz guard band channel covering four Florida counties from BPC Spectrum.  Sprint also continued to roll up EBS spectrum leases that were previously leased to Spectrum Holdings.  Sprint is now leasing two licenses (8 channels) covering Lake City, FL in northern Florida.
