Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - April 1, 2022 June 1, 2022 13:30

In this week's spectrum transactions, Broadband One filed applications to acquire 12 LMDS licenses from Sunshine LMDS, Wireless Communications Venture, and Wireless Distribution Services.  These licenses are primarily in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia but one license is in Minnesota.  T-Mobile filed an assignment application to acquire an EBS license in Pennsylvania and they filed a new lease application to re-lease an EBS license in Wisconsin.  The final new lease application has the Navajo Nation leasing their new EBS tribal license to Sacred Wind Communications.  This license covers parts of northern Arizona and northern New Mexico.  In the last application, Data Truck submitted an application to sublease EBS spectrum from RC Technologies in South Dakota.
