Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - April 18, 2025
In this week's FCC transaction summary, AT&T has filed to acquire a Cellular frequency from Horry Telephone in South Carolina. T-Mobile has filed to acquire a BRS license from Virginia Communications in Arizona, two EBS licenses from Catholic Community Educational Services of Dallas and Westbrook Christian School in Texas and Alabama respectively, and 15 licenses in the 600 MHz band from Grain Management across Florida, Texas, Virginia, Ohio, California, and Hawaii. In terms of leasing activity, AT&T has entered into a new lease agreement with Horry Telephone for a Cellular frequency in South Carolina. T-Mobile has leased two frequencies, one BRS and one EBS, from the Board of Education of Birmingham, Alabama. Additionally, Claro has entered into a new sublease agreement with T-Mobile for an EBS license in Puerto Rico.
