Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - April 2, 2021
FCC Transactions from March 31, 2021
In this week's FCC transactions T-Mobile filed two assignment transactions. In these transactions T-Mobile is acquiring EBS spectrum in Alabama and Arizona. T-Mobile previously leased both of these licenses. T-Mobile also filed nine new lease applications. All of these new lease applications are for EBS spectrum. These leases provide T-Mobile continued access to spectrum in Colorado, Texas, Georgia, Washington, Maryland, and Louisiana. One of these leases provides spectrum to T-Mobile in North Dakota which is new capacity for T-Mobile. Finally, T-Mobile submitted a new sublease application for EBS spectrum controlled by Krisar, providing access to additional spectrum in Pennsylvania. In other new lease applications, ATNI filed to lease AT&T's PCS spectrum in parts of Coconino, AZ. SouthernLinc also filed a new lease application to lease two of T-Mobile's BRS licenses in Burke, GA . The final applications have MT Networks subleasing 6 licenses from Sagebrush Cellular who was already leasing each of the licenses from AT&T.
