FCC Transactions from April 22, 2020
In this week's FCC transactions we are highlighting the transactions that were captured on the April 22, 2020 FCC Daily Digest. The Columbia Capital / T-Mobile 600MHz lease transaction that we highlighted on Monday has not appeared on the Daily Digest. Verizon has filed to acquire some of the spectrum assets controlled by Spotlight Media and MCG. Both of these companies are controlled by Brian and Michael Gelfand. Below we have included maps reflecting the PCS spectrum held by Spotlight Media, the PCS spectrum held by MCG, and the AWS-3 spectrum held by Spotlight Media. The remaining transactions this week involve Silver Star Telephone and SoniqWave. SilverStar is acquiring a PCS license for two Wyoming counties from Uintah Basin and SoniqWave Networks is leasing 4 EBS channels around Lake City FL from Happy House Day Care.
