In this week's FCC transactions, Verizon filed to acquire a cellular license from USCellular in South Carolina.  AT&T also filed an assignment application to acquire a 700MHz license from Buggs Island Telephone in Virginia.  In two different groups of transactions, Sprint is leasing their BRS spectrum to Casair Net and Stratos Network in Michigan.  Casair Net is leasing the E4 and F4 midband segment channels in 12 markets.  Stratos Network is leasing the BRS1 channel in 4 counties centered on Grand Rapids, MI.  The final group of transactions involve Shentel submitting new leases for 5 EBS licenses in Virginia and West Virginia.  All of these licenses were previously leased to Utopian Wireless.
