Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - August 7, 2020 October 7, 2020 00:00

In this week's FCC transactions, AT&T filed to acquire the 700MHz C block spectrum for 5 North Dakota counties from Nemont Communications.  Verizon also filed to acquire AWS-3 spectrum from Smith Bagley in 2 New Mexico counties, 2 Utah counties, and 2 Arizona counties.  T-Mobile filed to acquire 7 EBS and BRS licenses from American Wireless in Southern Utah.  T-Mobile also filed new lease applications for 6 EBS licenses.  T-Mobile already had leases for each of these licenses.  The license areas include Louisiana, Oklahoma, New York, Ohio,  Washington, and Missouri.  In the remaining block of applications, SoniqWave Networks filed to acquire 5 EBS licenses.  SoniqWave already leased the four licenses from Daytona State College covering Daytona FL, but the license covering El Paso TX is new to their spectrum portfolio.
