Weekly Spectrum Transaction Summary - December 25, 2020 February 25, 2021 15:30

In this week's FCC transactions, T-Mobile filed to acquire 4 EBS licenses from the University of Massachusetts.  Each of these licenses are new to T-Mobile and provide licensed spectrum within Massachusetts. People's United Bank also filed to acquire an EBS callsign from Burlington College in Vermont.  Strata Wireless filed to acquire a PCS license in Wyoming from Verizon while Northeast Iowa Telephone filed to lease AT&T's  AWS-1 spectrum in 3 Iowa counties.  The final transaction has T-Mobile leasing an EBS license in Texas from the Education Service Center.
