In this week's spectrum transactions, SoniqWave filed to lease 12 channels of EBS/BRS spectrum in Alabama from the Birmingham Board of Education.  Neither of these licenses was leased previously.  Sprint also filed to lease spectrum from The Source for Learning and Krisar.  These leases will provide Sprint continued access to spectrum in Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania.
