FCC Transactions from January 7, 2026
In this week's Daily Digest, Colorado Valley Communications filed an assignment application to acquire 13 CBRS licenses for Colorado counties from Colorado Valley Celltel. T-Mobile also filed to acquire a 700MHz and PCS license in South Dakota from James Valley Cooperative. Reservation Telephone filed to acquire a 28GHz license in North Dakota from Midstate Telephone. In the final group of transactions, T-Mobile and Mark Twain Communications agreed to a series of long term leases to mutually increase their respective contiguous spectrum blocks in their existing markets.
