In this week's FCC transactions, T-Mobile submitted applications to acquire 4 BRS licenses and 2 EBS licenses from Northwest Communications Cooperative in North Dakota, an EBS license from Oceanside Unified School District in California, two PCS applications from PRWireless in Puerto Rico, and 6 PCS licenses, 6 BRS licenses, and an application for a 1910-1915/1990-1995 MHz Band Frequency, from Sprintcom also in Puerto Rico and some parts of Virgin Islands. Meanwhile, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company has also submitted an application for an EBS license from People's United Bank between Vermont and New York, while Rise Broadband applied to lease EBS spectrum from Region IX Education Service Center in Texas.
