In this week's FCC transaction summary, AT&T has filed to acquire a Cellular license from Horry Telephone in South Carolina. T-Mobile has filed to acquire a BRS license from Virginia Communications in Arizona and an EBS license from Catholic Community Educational Services of Dallas in Texas. AT&T has also filed for a new lease agreement with Horry Telephone for a Cellular license in South Carolina. T-Mobile has filed for 2 new lease agreements with the Board of Education of Birmingham for both BRS and EBS licenses in Alabama.
