FCC Transactions from May 26, 2021

In this week's FCC transactions, Blockchains Communications filed to acquire the 700MHz guard band channel for a block of 5 counties in the Los Angeles-San Diego market and all of the counties in the San Francisco-Oakland-San Jose market.  T-Mobile filed to acquire 3 EBS call signs from Moringinstar Educational Institution.  These licenses will provide T-Mobile continued access to EBS spectrum in Wisconsin, New Mexico, and Idaho. T-Mobile also filed to acquire an EBS license from Rockne Educational Television to provide continued access to spectrum in Ohio.  The remaining assignment application involves West River Telecom acquiring 8 - 28GHz licenses in North Dakota from SRT Telecom.  There are 4 new lease applications this week.  American Wireless re-leased an EBS license from Washington County School District providing spectrum in Southwest Utah.  Casair also re-leased a EBS license from Gratiot Isabella School District providing spectrum in Michigan.  T-Mobile also re-leased an EBS license from Lee County Commissioners in Florida.
