In this week's FCC transactions, T-Mobile and Oneida Nation filed new lease applications with T-Mobile receiving access to Oneida's EBS Whitespace Channel 1 on Oneida's tribal lands while T-Mobile is providing Oneida access to their BRS and EBS spectrum across their tribal boundary. This is a win for both licensees because it fills in the holes of T-Mobile's EBS white space license and provides Oneida with 11.5 MHz of contiguous spectrum across a more continuous area.
