In this week's FCC transaction summary, T-Mobile filed to acquire an EBS License from the Pittsburg Independent School District in Texas. Additionally, the company secured 10 EBS Licenses from the University of North Carolina System Office. Meanwhile, Riviera Cellular acquired four 3.5 GHz Priority Access Licenses from Valley Telephone Cooperative in Texas. In North Dakota, DCN assigned 3.5 GHz Priority Access Licenses as follows: 14 to North Dakota Telephone, 8 to Polar Communications, and 12 to United Telephone Mutual Aid Corporation. For New Leases, West Central Wireless leased a Cellular License from Verizon, and Scientel Solutions leased four 24 GHz frequencies from AT&T in New York.
