In this week's FCC transaction, Avangrid Networks applied to acquire a 700MHz Guard Band frequency from BPC Spectrum in New York. T-Mobile also files to acquire AWS-3 call signs from Ligonier Telephone in Indiana, Sandhill Telephone in South Carolina, and Immaculate Conception School in Tennessee, and also 3 EBS licenses from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Oklahoma. T-Mobile also leases 3 EBS licenses in Nebraska from High Plains Community Schools, Shelby School District #32, and WS Educational Broadcasting, respectively, as well as another set of 3 EBS licenses from Meharry Medical College in Tennessee.
