This week's FCC transactions only involve the 700MHz - Guard Band spectrum.  South Central Public Power is acquiring the guard band channel for 5 - Nebraska counties from Access 700.  In addition, MitoTec is leasing the guard band spectrum from Access 700 in 59 Nebraska and Iowa counties.  Finally, USAi.net Inc is leasing the guard band spectrum from BPC Spectrum in 4 Vermont and New Hampshire counties.
