FCC Transactions from August 13, 2025

In this week's spectrum transactions Verizon filed to acquire an AWS-1 license in North Carolina from NC13 Ventures.  The Diocese of Las Cruces also filed to acquire an EBS license from St. Edward School in New Mexico.  This application changes the underlying license holder but this spectrum is still leased to Plateau Telecommunications. Next, Nimbus Solutions filed an application to lease Dish's CBRS spectrum in Montezuma, Colorado.  Finally, T-Mobile filed an application to acquire 3 - 600MHz licenses from Tri Star.  This application is part of a larger filing that has not appeared on the FCC Daily Digest that ultimately transfers all of Tri Star's 600MHz licenses to T-Mobile, if approved.
