In this week's FCC Daily Digest, T-Mobile filed two applications to acquire EBS spectrum. T-Mobile is acquiring the first license from Miami Public Schools providing additional spectrum in Oklahoma and the second license from Unified School District #413 adds to their spectrum resources in Kansas. T-Mobile also submitted new lease applications for two EBS licenses. North American Catholic Education Programming Foundation (NACEPF) is leasing their traditional EBS license in Arizona to T-Mobile while Cherokee Nation is leasing to T-Mobile their EBS Tribal License in Oklahoma.
