Weekly Spectrum Transactions Summary - June 7, 2019 August 7, 2019 00:00

In this week's FCC transactions AT&T is acquiring two PCS licenses in Utah from South Central Communications.  Verizon is acquiring two AWS-1 licenses in Tennessee from Carolina West.  Sprint has a series of new EBS spectrum leases.  The first two leases, with Northern Arizona University Foundation, are repapered leases.  Northern Arizona University just received these licenses from their former owner who previously leased them to Sprint.  These licenses willing continue to be leased to Sprint.  The Fayetteville City School lease is a new lease to Sprint in Arkansas.  This license was not previously leased.  The remaining EBS leases were previous leased to Spectrum Holdings.  They all provide license area in the panhandle of Florida. Next, Mora Valley Wireless is leasing the 700MHz C Block from Northern New Mexico Telecom.  Ondas Holdings continued their recent leasing of BPC Spectrum's 700MHz guard band license in New Hampshire county.  Lastily, Smith Bagley is leasing two 700MHz licenses from San Carlos Apache Telecom Utility in Arizona.
