FCC Transactions from March 18, 2026
In this week's FCC Daily Digest Verizon and T-Mobile filed a series of assignment applications to swap PCS and AWS-1 spectrum in Arizona, Nebraska, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, and North Carolina. T-Mobile also filed to acquire an EBS license in Texas from Hico Independent School District. The next set of assignment applications transfer EBS whitespace licenses from BDCIH Wireless to Polar Communications and West River Telecommunications. Polar is receiving two North Dakota licenses and West River is receiving three North Dakota licenses. In the final applications, GE Grid Solutions filed to lease 700MHz Guardband spectrum from Access 700 in a majority of counties in the Atlanta and Birmingham markets.
