In this week's FCC Daily Digest T-Mobile filed to acquire and re-acquire EBS and BRS licenses from Rocky Mountain Broadband.  In last week's digest T-Mobile filed to lease these six EBS licenses and two BRS licenses.  The BRS licenses T-Mobile will receive from these assignment applications were originally partitioned from their BRS spectrum in April 2025.  T-Mobile also filed to acquire an EBS license in Georgia from Piedmont Academy.  In the final transaction, AT&T filed to lease an AWS-3 license in Utah from Emery Telcom-Wireless.
