FCC Transactions from March 6, 2024
In this week's FCC transaction, Verizon filed to acquire 6 PCS call signs and one AWS frequency from T-Mobile in the areas of Arkansas, Nevada, Kentucky, and Michigan. T-Mobile also acquired 2 EBS licenses from IDEASTREAM in Ohio, One PCS call sign from Rural Cellular Corporation in Kentucky, and another 5 PCS call signs, and a n AWS frequency from Verizon in the areas of Connecticut, Kentucky, Michigan and Arkansas. Jefferson County Middle School also applied for 2 EBS licenses, one from Louisville Middle School, and another from Wren High School in Georgia. And finally Rural Cellular Corporation, acquired a PCS call sign from T-Mobile in Kentucky. For new leases, Nevada Gold Mines leased 3 AWS frequencies from Atlantic Tele-Network in Nevada.
