In this week's FCC transactions Verizon is acquiring two cellular licenses in Indiana from USCellular and is leasing three PCS licenses in Minnesota from NewCore Wireless.  GreenFly is acquiring the PCS A block license for Clinton county and Essex county, New York.  USCellular is acquiring two PCS licenses in Oklahoma and one PCS license in Kansas, from Pioneer Cellular.  The last transactions is a new lease for Sprint.  This spectrum in Arkansas was previously leased to Utopian Wireless.
