FCC Transactions from September 3, 2025
In this week's spectrum transactions Verizon filed to acquire an AWS-3 license in Texas from Central Texas Telephone. Viaero filed to acquire 10 CBRS licenses from Citizens Band License Company for Colorado counties. Viaero also filed a waiver request with the FCC to have between 5 and 6 channels of CBRS spectrum in each of these counties. T-Mobile filed to acquire an EBS license in Missouri and they filed two lease applications for EBS tribal licenses in Florida. In the last transaction, the transfer control application was filed by Charter to acquire 470 CBRS licenses from Cox.
